Rachael Cook

 Rachael Lee Cook was born October 4, 1979. She has appeared in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (1999) and Josie and the Pussycats (2001) as well as in the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart and Robot Chicken are her voices. She also voiced a variety of characters in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook is the daughter Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian and social worker in the past and JoAnn Cook who is weaver and instructor in cooking. She is of Italian descent.
